- 24 lb. tomatoes
- 18 hot banana peppers, ground
- 12 green peppers, diced
- 10 large onions, ground
- 4 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/3 c. salt
Directions

1Peel tomatoes and cut into chunks.

2Cook tomatoes, peppers, onion and garlic until desired consistency.

3Add sugar, vinegar and salt.

4Pour into sterilized pint jars.

5Seal.

6Hot water bath for 15 minutes.

7Yields 14 pints.
