- 1 wild duck
- instant meat tenderizer
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Directions

1With a sharp knife, remove skin from duck.

2Cut meat from breast in 2 filets.

3Use meat tenderizer as directed on the shaker.

4Wrap each filet loosely with bacon sliced.

5Fasten with toothpicks.

6Cook filets in hot oil over moderate heat until browned and tender, about 15 minutes per side.

7Serve on hot platter with ribbons of cooked bacon.
