- 1 c. oats (quick, uncooked)
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. peeled, chopped apples
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.

3Combine dry ingredients.

4Add remaining ingredients, except apples, mixing just until moistened.

5Gently fold in apples.

6Fill cups 2/3 full.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
