Double Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Cream Cheese(8oz Each), Softened
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1/2 cups Blueberry-raspberry Jam Or Any Double Berry Jam You Have Available
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Blueberries And Raspberries Or Your Choice Of Berries, Crushed
  • 1 whole Premade Graham Cracker Crust

    1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2) In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in eggs, 1 at a time, mix well. Scrape sides of bowl often. Add vanilla.

    3) This next step is totally up to you: you could mix the jam and the crushed berries in with all the cream cheese mix or you could pour 1/2 of the plain mix in the crust and mix the other 1/2 with jam and crushed berries. Pour into crust.

    4) Bake for 25-35 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs before serving. Serve with more jam or more fresh berries.
