Double Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. butter flavor Crisco
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. broken walnut or pecan pieces
  • 1 c. semi-sweet white chocolate chips

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Cream the Crisco, both sugars, milk and vanilla.

    Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each.

    Combine dry ingredients; mix with creamed mixture.

    Add in nuts and chips. Spoon 2 tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° for 9 to 11 minutes.

    Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.

    Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
