Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. tarragon or white vinegar
  • 1/3 pt. whipping cream
  • 2/3 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 lb. red candied cherries
  • 1/2 lb. pecans

Directions

    Cook first 3 ingredients until thick in double boiler over simmering water.

    Stir constantly.

    Cool, then add 1/3 pint whipping cream.

    Fold in last 5 ingredients.

    Put mixture in a large Bundt pan or mold and freeze until solid.
