- 6 or 7 tart apples
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. cream, cider or milk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all the above ingredients (except apples) and heat to boiling point in heavy pan on top of stove.

2Then pour over apples in pan lined with unbaked crust.

3Add top crust.

4Seal and bake at 400° to 425° for 30 minutes or until done.
