Cinnamon Cream cheese Rollups

  • 1 loaf white bread, crusts cut off
  • 1 packages 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup melted butter

Directions

    Flatten the bread using a rolling pin.

    Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese in a small bowl.

    In another bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar.

    Set aside.

    Spread the cream cheese mixture, about 1 tablespoon, on your flattened bread.

    Then roll it up jelly roll style.

    Dip the roll into your butter.

    And roll it around your cinnamon and sugar mixture until coated.

    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
