- 2 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco shortening
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Cut in shortening until crumbly.

3Add water and form dough into 2 balls.

4Roll out on floured surface in circle.

5Place in pie tin and fill with favorite fruit filling.

6Place second crust on top of filling. Bake at 350° until brown, about 35 minutes.
