- 1 c. + 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. pecans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. coconut, shredded
Directions

1Mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour and butter into crumbly mass and pat into a shallow 8 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake for 10 minutes in 375° oven.

3Let cool.

4Beat sugar and eggs together; add vanilla.

5Sift flour with baking powder and salt.

6Add to egg mixture.

7Add coconut and nuts.

8Mix thoroughly and spread over bottom layer.

9Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
