- 1 pan biscuits
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. celery sticks, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- turkey giblets
Directions

1Cook turkey giblets in approximately 2-quart pan of water. Cut up giblets when cooked.

2Tear cornbread and biscuits in small pieces.

3Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

4Pour giblet broth over mixture until it holds together well.

5Stuff turkey and cook according to turkey directions.
