  • 1 c. dried apricots
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. prunes
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened pitted dates
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh orange peel, grated
  • juice from 1 orange
  • 1/2 c. additional nuts, finely chopped

Directions

    In a blender or food processor, grind the apricots, raisins, prunes and dates.

    Add coconut, nuts, orange peel and orange juice; mix well.

    Form into balls; roll in finely chopped nuts. Makes 4 dozen balls.
