- 1 c. dried apricots
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. prunes
- 1/2 c. unsweetened pitted dates
- 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. fresh orange peel, grated
- juice from 1 orange
- 1/2 c. additional nuts, finely chopped
Directions

1In a blender or food processor, grind the apricots, raisins, prunes and dates.

2Add coconut, nuts, orange peel and orange juice; mix well.

3Form into balls; roll in finely chopped nuts. Makes 4 dozen balls.
