- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
Directions

1With a fork, mix dry ingredients together.

2With pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk and with fork stir dough until thoroughly mixed.

3Do not knead dough.

4Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of mixture on an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.

5Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
