- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 thick strip of lemon peel
Directions

1Stir all ingredients except lemon peel with ice in a mixing glass for 30 seconds.

2Strain into a chilled coupe, whose interior has been rubbed with the lemon peel.
