- 3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes (instant or fresh)
- 1 can sliced carrots, drained (16 oz.)
- 2 cans cut green beans, drained
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Spoon mashed potatoes into a 9-inch pie plate, building up the edge to form a shell.

2Place carrots in a row across the middle. Spoon green beans on each side.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper and marjoram (salt is unnecessary).

4Dot with butter.

5Cover loosely with foil.

6Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until vegetables are hot.
