  • 3 c. cooked, mashed potatoes (instant or fresh)
  • 1 can sliced carrots, drained (16 oz.)
  • 2 cans cut green beans, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. leaf marjoram, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Spoon mashed potatoes into a 9-inch pie plate, building up the edge to form a shell.

    Place carrots in a row across the middle. Spoon green beans on each side.

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and marjoram (salt is unnecessary).

    Dot with butter.

    Cover loosely with foil.

    Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until vegetables are hot.
