  • 6 medium apples
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

    Slice apples thin.

    Place in pastry shell.

    Mix flour, sugar and cloves together.

    Add sour cream; mix thoroughly.

    Pour over apples.

    Bake in a 450° oven for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat; continue to bake about 40 minutes.
