  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. flour

Directions

    Melt butter in cast iron skillet (or 10 inch baking dish).

    In blender, put eggs, milk, flour and salt.

    Blend.

    Pour in skillet. Bake 20 minutes at 425°.

    Top with desired filling. Add whipped cream, syrup, etc.
