- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Melt butter in cast iron skillet (or 10 inch baking dish).

2In blender, put eggs, milk, flour and salt.

3Blend.

4Pour in skillet. Bake 20 minutes at 425°.

5Top with desired filling. Add whipped cream, syrup, etc.
