- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, matcha powder and salt.

2In separate bowl, add milk, egg, oil and mix well.

3Pour wet ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients, stir to combine.

4Fold in chocolate chips.

5Scoop about 1/4 cup batter to lightly oiled saucepan over medium-high heat.

6Brown on both sides.
