- 1 small head lettuce
- 1 medium onion
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 level Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 level Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Take lettuce apart; wash, drain and dry with a towel.

3Cut bacon into small pieces and fry.

4Remove bacon bits. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.

5While still hot, add salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar.

6Stir; add flour and stir well.
