- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup All-Bran
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk egg and buttermilk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

2Transfer to a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 42-47 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
