Easiest Pork Chops

  • 6 whole Thin Pork Chops, With Bone
  • 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt (lawry's Is Good)

Directions

    Get out your grill pan for this one, or any large stovetop cooking tool and set the pan over high heat to get nice and hot.

    Drizzle a bit of oil on each chop.

    Add the seasonings to the first side (leaving half the seasonings for other side).

    Rub it in.

    Put the chops on the grill pan when it is nice and hot, with the seasoned sides down.

    Leave them alone for about 4 minutes, then drizzle a little oil on other side and season them.

    Flip.

    Cook for another 4 minutes on that side, then flip as needed till no more pink is left inside the chops.

    Thats it!

    Serve immediately with potatoes and broccoli.
