- 1 c. white syrup
- 1 c. water
- 4 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. paraffin wax
Directions

1Boil syrup, water and sugar until stiff threads form or to 260°.

2Beat until stiff.

3Pour syrup slowly into egg whites and beat until stiff.

4Add vanilla.

5Add coconut, nuts or fruit and mix.

6Shape into eggs.

7When cold, coat with chocolate.

8Melt chocolate pieces and paraffin in double boiler.

9Drop eggs into chocolate mixture to coat.

10Remove from chocolate with two forks. Place on wax paper to cool.
