- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 (16 oz.) bag egg noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 large onion
- 1 medium green pepper
- salt to taste
- pepper (optional)
Directions

1Cut sausage into pieces.

2Slice onion and pepper.

3Fry in covered pan until browned.

4Place noodles in 6 quarts boiling water.

5Return to second boil, stirring occasionally, until tender.

6Add sausage mixture and spaghetti sauce and pour over drained noodles.

7Makes approximately 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
