Easy Apple Betty

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can Comstock sliced apples
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 (9 oz.) boxes Jiffy cake mix (white or yellow)
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter

Directions

    Mix sliced apples and pineapple together.

    Add white and brown sugars.

    Place mixture into long, flat baking dish.

    Sprinkle cake mix over top of fruits evenly.

    Slice margarine over top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
