- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 12 medium cooking apples
- cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 2 double graham crackers, crushed
- milk
- additional sugar
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, cut margarine into flour as for pie dough.

2Make a well in center and add egg yolks, water and vinegar; mix well.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

4Pare and slice apples.

5Divide chilled dough into 3 equal parts.

6On a lightly floured board, roll each out to a rectangle the thickness of pie crust.

7Spread apple slices over 2/3 of each rectangle.

8Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs.

9Roll up like a jelly roll with no apple slices inside the last turn.

10Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

11Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with additional sugar.
