Easy Basic Foil-Baked Salmon

- 3 cuts Salmon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms (or other mushroom of your choice)
- 3 tsp Butter (or margarine)
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Season the salmon with salt and pepper, slice the onion into 3mm wedges, then trim and separate the mushrooms.

2Put a dab of butter on aluminum foil, then spread the onions on top.

3Add a little salt and pepper.

4Place the salmon on top of the onions.

5Top with mushrooms.

6Wrap and cook in a oven for 15-20 minutes.

7(Adjust the cooking time accordingly.)

8Once it's finished, drizzle on ponzu (citrus-based soy sauce) to taste.

9I also recommend seasoning it with black pepper and other spices of your choice.

10After Step 3, season with garlic seasoning for a more professional taste.
