Easy Blackberry Cobbler

- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can blackberries (undrained)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. Martha White blackberry muffin mix
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in 8 to 9-inch baking dish. Add sugar to blackberries and lemon juice.

3Let come to boil. Add muffin mix and milk.

4Stir until well blended.

5Spoon into baking pan with butter (don't stir).

6Spoon hot blackberries and juice evenly over batter (do not stir).

7Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.

8Serves 6 to 8.
