  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Green Chiles, Not Drained
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic, Cut Into Quarters
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes, Not Drained
  • 1/2 Medium Red Or Yellow Onion, Roughly Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves

Directions

    Add green chiles, lime juice, garlic, salt and cumin to the jar of a blender.

    At this point, add jalapeno pepper and cayenne if using.

    Pulse 3 to 5 times.

    Scrape sides of jar with a spatula if needed.

    Add tomatoes, onion and cilantro.

    Pulse 3 to 5 times.

    Serve immediately or store in fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
