- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Green Chiles, Not Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 clove Garlic, Cut Into Quarters
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes, Not Drained
- 1/2 Medium Red Or Yellow Onion, Roughly Chopped
- 1/4 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
Directions

1Add green chiles, lime juice, garlic, salt and cumin to the jar of a blender.

2At this point, add jalapeno pepper and cayenne if using.

3Pulse 3 to 5 times.

4Scrape sides of jar with a spatula if needed.

5Add tomatoes, onion and cilantro.

6Pulse 3 to 5 times.

7Serve immediately or store in fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
