- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 c. peeled and sliced carrots
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

2Add carrots, water and seasonings.

3Cover and let simmer until crisp-tender about 10 minutes.
