  • 2 tsp. margarine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 c. peeled and sliced carrots
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper

Directions

    Melt margarine in saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

    Add carrots, water and seasonings.

    Cover and let simmer until crisp-tender about 10 minutes.

    Drain and serve.
