Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) deep pie shell or 2 regular pie shells
  • 8 oz. grated cheeses (half sharp and Swiss)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (more or less)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (may use ham)

Directions

    Start with 1 cup milk, add all other ingredients and pour into pie shell.

    Add remainder of milk if needed.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    This can be frozen and cooked later.

    Cook at 350° for 50 to 60

    minutes.
