Easy Brown Rice

  • 1 c. rice, uncooked
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can beef consomme
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small can chopped mushrooms (liquid included)

Directions

    Brown rice in a skillet with 1/2 stick margarine.

    Remove from heat and add onion soup, consomme and mushrooms.

    Pour into rectangular baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
