- 4 trout, cleaned (pan size)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup sliced almonds
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced for garnish
Directions

1Dip trout in the milk and then in the flour.

2Lay on waxed paper.

3Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.

4Put in trout and almonds.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Cook trout for 7 minutes on each side.

7Remove trout to a warm platter.

8Shake the skillet well so that all the almonds are browned.

9Garnish trout with browned almonds and lemon slices.
