Easy Caramel Pecan Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 (6 or 7 oz. total) pkg. vanilla pudding (cooking kind)
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. brown sugar + brown sugar for sprinkling
- cinnamon
- 4 oz. or so pecans or walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Thaw bread dough the night before.

2In the morning, roll flat; butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, then cut each loaf into 12 pieces.

3Butter 13 x 9-inch pan and put desired amounts of nuts in bottom of pan.

4Place the pieces of bread atop of the nuts.

5Heat butter, pudding mix, sugar and milk in saucepan until butter is melted and ingredients are mixed.

6Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon.

7Let rise until double.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
