Ingredients
- 3 qt. popped corn
- 3 c. mixed unsalted nuts
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In large shallow roasting pan place popcorn and nuts.

2Place in 250° oven while preparing glaze.

3In heavy 2-quart saucepan stir brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt.

4Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.

5Without stirring, boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda.

6Pour over warm popcorn and nuts.

7Stir to coat well.

8Bake in 250° oven, stirring constantly, 1 hour.

9Cool; break apart.

10Store in tightly covered container.

11Makes 4 quarts.
