- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low calorie)
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can spaghetti in tomato cheese sauce
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained or equal amount frozen, cooked
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef in a skillet or microwave.

2Drain.

3Stir in the soup, spaghetti and vegetables.

4Transfer to an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.

6Sprinkle with cheese and let stand for a few minutes until melted.
