Easy Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. grated onion
  • dash of salt and pepper

Directions

    Have cream cheese at room temperature.

    Combine with all other ingredients except nuts; mix well. Form into a ball.

    Put on waxed paper.

    Place in refrigerator and chill. Roll ball in chopped nuts and wrap in waxed paper.

    Place in refrigerator until time to serve. Will serve 25.
