- 2 Tbsp. to 1/2 pt. sour cream (optional)
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1/8 qt. cooking sherry wine (optional)
- dash of poultry seasoning
- rice or noodles
Directions

1Combine chicken with mushroom soup for 15 minutes at medium heat.

2Fold in sour cream, sherry (if used) and poultry seasoning. Cook in shalloww baking dish or pan in 325° oven.
