- 4 to 6 boned chicken breasts
- eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- butter
- 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
- 1 pkg. boiled ham
- cracker crumbs
- parsley
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts between 2 pieces of wax paper until quite thin.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Put a small chunk of butter, a strip of ham, a strip of cheese and a little parsley on each piece of chicken.

4Fold in sides and roll up like a jelly roll. Dust with flour.

5Dip in beaten egg.

6Roll in cracker crumbs.

7Set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cooking. Fry in small amount of oil, just to brown. Bake at 350° for about 45 to 60 minutes.
