- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cooked
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can broth from chicken
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can mixed vegetables
Directions

1Take chicken off bones and cut into small pieces.

2Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Mix celery soup and broth together and pour over chicken.

4Mix flour, egg and margarine with milk.

5Add vegetables and pour over chicken.

6Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°.

7Serve warm.
