- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 package (6.9oz) Rice-A-Roni, chicken flavor
- 2 Tbs margarine or buttler
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen or canned peas
- 1/2 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with paprika; set aside

2saute rice and vermicelli mix in margarine until vermicelli is golden brown

3add water, chicken, and Special Seasonings

4bring to a boil

5cover, reduce heat to med-low

6simmer 15 min

7stir in peas and bell pepper

8cover, simmer 5 min more or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is no longer pink inside
