- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) canschopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 12 cup milk
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Layer one-third each of green chilies, cheese, and olives in a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.

3Repeat layers twice.

4Combine eggs and remaining 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; pour over cheese mixture.

5Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes.

6Remove from oven, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
