  • 1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) devil's food cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1 can (16 oz.) reduced fat ready-to-spread chocolate frosting

Directions

    Mix cake mix, water, applesauce and egg substitute at low speed of electric mixer until moistened.

    Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

    Pour into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans.

    Bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until done.
