Easy Cold-Brewed Coffee

  • 6-1/2 cups cold water, divided
  • 1-3/4 cups MAXWELL HOUSE Ground Coffee

    Add 3-1/2 cups water to coffee grounds in 2-qt.

    pitcher; stir until dissolved.

    Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature 12 hours.

    Line fine-mesh strainer with coffee filter; place over medium bowl.

    Slowly pour coffee, in small batches, through filter; let stand until all the coffee is strained.

    Discard grounds.

    Return strained coffee to pitcher.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.

    Add remaining water to coffee in pitcher just before serving; stir.

    Serve in ice-filled glasses.
