Easy Crab Stew

- 1 lb. fresh crab meat (can substitute imitation crab, shrimp, clams or fish or use all the listed ingredients)
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can Carnation evaporated milk (12 oz.)
- 12 oz. whole milk
- 1 large Vidalia onion
- 1 stalk celery (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- splash of Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Dice onion and celery.

2Saute in butter and Worcestershire sauce and cook until tender.

3Add crab, soup and milk.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

5(Do not bring to a boil.)

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7For thinner soup, add equal amounts of whole and evaporated milk.

8Serve hot.
