  • 4 to 5 pork chops
  • Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 small onion, sliced for each chop used
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 c. dry rice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt

Directions

    Brush pork chops with Kitchen Bouquet. Brown in skillet. Slice onion for each chop used. Open tomatoes. Measure dry rice; measure water. Grease casserole. Sprinkle 1/3 of rice on bottom. Place chops on rice. Layer 1/2 of onion. Layer 1/2 of tomatoes. Sprinkle rest of rice, onions and tomatoes. Salt between layers. Pour in water. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
