  • 1/2 c. oleo or butter
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • red food coloring

    Mix all together in saucepan.

    Cook and stir until boils. Reduce heat; cook to soft crack stage.

    Butter a large cookie sheet.

    Pour and let cool and cut when cool or pour into small molds.
