Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced pineapple (save juice)
  • 1 c. apricot halves
  • 1 c. peach halves
  • 1 c. pear halves
  • 1 jar spiced apple rings
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. pineapple juice

Directions

    Layer fruit in a large, flat Pyrex dish.

    Combine mayonnaise, sugar, cornstarch and juice from pineapple.

    Cook over medium heat in a saucepan until mix is smooth and thickened.

    Pour over fruit and refrigerate overnight.

    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes ahead.

    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
