- 1/8 Onion
- 1/2 Thin aburaage
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Green onion
- 10 grams Tempura crumbs
- 150 ml Dashi stock
- 1 tbsp and 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp and 1 teaspoon Mirin
Directions

1Simmer the onion and abura-age in a saucepan with dashi stock.

2Add the seasonings.

3Sprinkle the tempura crumbs over the rice in a bowl.

4Add the green onion and pour over the beaten eggs (pour in the beaten egg in two batches).
