Easy "Everything 50" Muffins

Ingredients

  • 50 grams Cake flour
  • 50 grams Almond flour
  • 1 tsp = 3 grams Baking powder
  • 50 grams Margarine
  • 50 grams Raw cane sugar
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 1 = 50 grams Egg
  • 50 grams Dried fruit such as raisins

Directions

    Sift the dry ingredients.

    Weigh the margarine, then beat until creamy in a bowl.

    Add the sugar to the Step 2 bowl into 3 batches, and mix after each addition.

    Add the beaten egg to the Step 3 bowl into 3 batches and mix each time.

    Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the Step 4 bowl into 2-3 batches and fold in each time.

    Add dried fruit such as blueberries or raisins to your liking, and fold in.

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Scoop the batter into the mold, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes, and they're done.

    The outside is crispy from the almond flour.

    There is plenty of dried fruit inside and it's moist.
