Easy "Everything 50" Muffins

- 50 grams Cake flour
- 50 grams Almond flour
- 1 tsp = 3 grams Baking powder
- 50 grams Margarine
- 50 grams Raw cane sugar
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 = 50 grams Egg
- 50 grams Dried fruit such as raisins
Directions

1Sift the dry ingredients.

2Weigh the margarine, then beat until creamy in a bowl.

3Add the sugar to the Step 2 bowl into 3 batches, and mix after each addition.

4Add the beaten egg to the Step 3 bowl into 3 batches and mix each time.

5Alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to the Step 4 bowl into 2-3 batches and fold in each time.

6Add dried fruit such as blueberries or raisins to your liking, and fold in.

7Preheat the oven to 180C.

8Scoop the batter into the mold, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes, and they're done.

9The outside is crispy from the almond flour.
