  • 2 lb. steel head trout, skinned and filleted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

    Put single layer of fish in greased baking dish.
